After you have submitted the contact form, the aforementioned data will be processed by the data privacy officer at Therme Amadé Badbetriebsführungs GmbH, Obere Marktstraße 70, A-5541 Altenmarkt im Pongau, info@thermeamade.at, for the purposes of processing your request pursuant to the consent you expressed by submitting the form. The data will be further processed for direct-advertising purposes consistent with the original processing purpose and upon the same legal foundation, until such point as consent is revoked or rescinded. You are under no legal or contractual obligation to provide us with personally identifiable information. Failure to do so will merely result in your being unable to send us your request and our being unable to process it. Your request will not be shared with third parties. You have the right to rescind your consent at any time in writing, however this in no way affects the legality of our having processed any information pursuant to your prior consent and until such point as that consent was revoked. Likewise and in similar fashion, you may rescind your consent to your personally identifiable data being used in order to send you direct advertising. Should you indeed do so, your personally identifiable data will no longer be used for the purposes of direct advertising. You have the right to receive information about the personally identifiable information we process, to have such information corrected, to restrict the processing thereof, to have that data transferred to you or your agent, as well as to submit a complaint to the competent oversight authority (Austrian Data Protection Office, Wickenburggasse 8, 1080 Wien, dsb@dsb.gv.at).
